Kazakh’s Astana to host Syrian Peace Process talks on Nov. 28

TEHRAN, Nov. 24 (MNA) – The 11th round of Syrian Peace Process talks entitled ‘Astana Talks’ will be held in Kazakh capital Astana on Nov. 28-29 for two days.

In this regard, Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a notification announced that Kazakh capital Astana will host Syrian Peace Process talks in the presence of representatives of three guarantor countries including Islamic Republic of Iran, Russia and Turkey to settle a prolonged eight-year war in Syria.

It should be noted that Syrian Peace Process talks, which is going to be held in the presence of representatives of the aforementioned three countries, will guarantee the most effective international effort to terminate an eight-year war in Syria.

Talks on the restoration of peace in Syria has started in Kazakh capital Astana since Jan. 2016 in a way that nine round of these talks have been held in Kazakh capital Astana while one of these talks has been held in Russia’s Sochi resort.
